Located on the Saint Sulpice Plateau, this wine estate has a rich history that dates back to as early as the late 19th century. Though not much is known about the original owners, what we know is that the Faye family has been in control of the estate since 1956. Today, the younger generation of the Faye family is in control of the estate.

Vinification:The grapes were pressed using pneumatic and vertical hydraulic
presses. Fermentation took place at 20-22°C, in temperature
controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine was subsequently aged in
new 400 litre French oak casks for 30 months
